We had our anniversary dinner here recently.
The restaurant has good ambience,we had a table looking out over the beach which was nice.
Our food was perfect and the service was attentive and very friendly.

We had a great stay at Kacy’s. Beautiful location right on the beach. Easy to walk for restaurants or coffee. Our room was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay again! Thanks you Kacy’s!
Motel is dated. The location is very good close to the beach across the road and shops and cafes. Our unit was very dated and worn it was also dark inside. The bed was small and uncomfortable. It was ok, I guess, for one night, but we would not have been happy to have stayed any longer. Pool area needed cleaning too.
Service at this hotel was poor. They didn’t have wifi in our room and no one seemed to be able to figure out why. They also didn’t seem too concerned about fixing it either. When we asked daily for updates, no one followed up on our requests and then they said they would call IT again but wouldn’t update us after they did. No one ever came to look at the router so not sure that they were “working on it”.
Room was okay but had ants in the 2nd bedroom. We dealt with it ourselves since they didn’t seem responsive.
Restaurant was empty every day when we walked by so didn’t bother trying it. Everything go else around it was very busy.
Much better than I expected, pleasantly surprised. Oh but the WiFI only seems to work outside the room. We actually had 1 bar WIFi in side the room, but 3 bars at the beach 30m away. Was kinda funny.
Probably the best location in Bargara. Right on the beach, right next to the pub, across the road from shops and Cafe. Rooms spacious and clean. Service excellent. On-site a la carte dining! Also plenty of parking.
We only stayed one night but it met all our needs: comfortable bed, clean, good bathroom, aircon, TV, WiFi, balcony, central location, on site parking. We have stayed there before so knew what to expect.

We had dinner at the restaurant on Friday night and tried the 2 course option from the new menu. As a seafood obsessed pescetarian, I couldn't wait to try the Moreton Bay Bug Pasta and Coral Trout for main.
The trout was cooked to perfection, with accompanying flavours matched perfectly. Chef was able to serve this dish to my dietary needs.
I have to say the Bug pasta was my favourite - it was perfect on a new level and the bisque was just sublime. I can't remeber the last time I had such a stunning meal - it's heaven on a plate.
Thanks also to Chef and the team that made this wonderful evening.
